Welcome to the Training Division The challenge facing the Criminal Justice System today is, as it has always been, to enforce the law objectively, fairly and swiftly. It is an enormous challenge but a realistic one and one that is achievable. To meet the challenge of objective, fair and swift enforcement of the law will not be easy. It requires the Criminal Justice System to search for alternatives to the traditional methods of training. We must look for new techniques, new training and new equipment. The mission of the Carroll County Sheriff's Office Training Division is to continually improve by providing Direction, Leadership, Training and Education with which we will diligently serve and protect the citizens of Carroll County.
